Recap: Sean described and demonstrated how to leverage existing resources, namely articles, webinars and job aids. He then explained the upcoming " RLDatix Academy " which includes formalized training paths for new Site Administrators and resource bundles (like tip sheets), both for getting started and user maintenance. Sean defined games for learning and how achievements are a subsystem that builds in awards for accomplishing tasks (goals/milestones). Several examples were shared and we listed practical application for PolicyStat users, Area Managers and Site Administrators. Linking PolicyStat resources and policies to existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and using Acknowledgements and Reference Tagfeatures for resource/policy assignment and tracking were also discussed. Rational and steps to prioritize policies for learning methods (like games) and/or auditing were discussed.
